Born from a love affair with Vietnam’s food culture, HOP takes the bold, fresh flavours of its streets and brings them to life here in London — fast, nourishing, and full of energy.

Our new venue sits just outside the station, ready to serve commuters, locals and travellers looking for a quick bite that actually makes you feel good. Expect freshly made HOP Boxes loaded with flavour, steaming bowls of Phở, crispy Bánh Mì, and sides made for sharing — all inspired by our latest trip back to Vietnam.
